Ezra is an international business lawyer, and is a member of the firm's M&A and Project Finance practice groups.

Prior to joining Yehuda Raveh & Co., Ezra worked for three years in Boston as a lawyer with Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo PC in the firm's Business and Finance Section. Prior to that, Ezra practiced at another leading Israeli law firm, where he was a member of their international corporate department and was involved in numerous multinational cross-border transactions.

Ezra received his law degree from the Hebrew University (cum laude) in 1993, where he was a member of the Hebrew University Law Review ("Mishpatim") and was an articles editor of the Israel Law Review.

Ezra clerked on the Supreme Court for the Honorable Justice Theodore Or.

Ezra is admitted to practice in Israel (1994) and New-York (2003) and is a member of the Israel and American Bar Associations.

Ezra is fluent in English and Hebrew.
