Practice:

Asaf provides legal advice to the firm’s corporate clients regarding their day-to-day business activities with a particular focus on tourism law. Assignments for corporate clients include the drafting and negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements, including licensing, distribution, agency, shareholder, sale, and purchase agreements. Asaf also advises boards of directors on corporate governance and legal issues. In addition to providing on-going advice on corporate issues, Asaf represents his clients in their corporate transactional work. Asaf represents Israeli companies regarding all aspects of employment law including employment litigation before Israel’s labor tribunals.
