Mr. Raveh studied at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and New York University and practiced law with a well known Wall Street firm before establishing his firm in the 1970's, in which he is senior partner. Mr. Raveh is an expert on Corporate and Commercial Transactions, with emphasis on Project Finance, M&A, Real Estate and Infrastructure Transaction, B.O.T. Projects, Hotels, Banking and Finance and in particular infrastructure projects. Mr. Raveh represents many large local and international companies in a variety of industry sectors ranging from real estate, hotels, construction, infrastructure, environment, project finance, banking and other corporate and commercial matters. Besides his professional activities, Mr. Raveh is very involved in national community life. He is the chairman of the Board of the New Jerusalem Foundation, the president of the association of Friends of the Israel Museum; the president of the Israel-Canada Chamber of Commerce; the vice-chairman of Yad Sara, and holds many other public posts. Mr. Raveh is also a lecturer on commercial law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Mr. Raveh was also chosen to serve as a member of the B.O.T. expert Group of the United Nations that has been established in order to assist with B.O.T. projects in Eastern Europe. |
