Carmit specializes in tourism, hotels and hospitality law including Hotel Development and Management, and the Israeli and international time-share and holiday benefits markets. She acts as legal counsel for some of Israel's leading hotel companies,   represents the Israel Hotel Association as well representing foreign hotel chains in Israel. Carmit has been involved in numerous hotel transactions both in Israel and abroad.

Carmit is the Chairperson of the Israeli chapter of IFTTA (The International Forum of Travel and Tourism Advocates) and is a Board member of the international organization.
