Mr. Glatt was born in the United States. Mr. Glatt graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Faculty of Law, and did his internship with the Deputy President of the Supreme Court of Israel. 

Mr. Glatt has been a partner since the early nineties. Today, Mr. Glatt is the head of the Hi-Tech and Intellectual Property Department and co-heads the B.O.T. Project Finance Department.

Mr. Glatt specializes in the fields of Corporate Law, Real Estate Development, and Investment Consultation.
