In addition, the firm represents commercial centers such as Canyon Harel which is one of Jerusalem's largest shopping malls, the Company for the Development of Central Jerusalem which is entrusted by the city of Jerusalem with the rebuilding of the central area of the city with commercial enterprises, the total value of which is $1 billion US, and other projects as well. Recently the government has authorized a budget of 300 million NIS to the Company for the Development of Central Jerusalem for the development of the center of Jerusalem - a project in which the firm is strongly involved.

The firm renders legal services to many non-profit organizations, amongst them: The Kahanoff Foundation, one of the largest charitable foundations in Canada, non-profit institutions, The Abraham Foundation, established by a well known New York philanthropist, which deals with the co-existence between Israelis and Palestinians,The Mandel Foundation, a private foundation from the USA, The Hadassa Organization, and others.

The firm also started to render legal services to one of the world's largest companies in the Duty Free Shops field. We advise the company regarding a joint venture they have been involved with an Israeli company regarding duty free services in the Haifa Harbor, and regarding their participation in the tender for the duty free in the New Ben Gurion Airport 2000.
