For example, the Firm rendered all legal services the seemeless transformation of one of the largest mortgage banks in Israel to a commercial bank, including the drafting of an entire platform of forms and agreements required for the operation of a commercial bank in Israel and obtaining various licenses that are necessary from the Bank of Israel.

The firm recently rendered legal services to one of the major banks in Israel, regarding the 250 million dollar provision of a loan. The firm has also represented Borrows in negotiation and arrangement of a credit facility of 1.3 Billion US dollars. The firm represents an insurance company (a wholly owned subsidiary of one of the largest insurance companies in the world) who specializes exclusively in insuring residential credit. This company supplies insurance to banks who secures them from creditors who are not able to pay their entire mortgage after the materialization of the mortgage itself. In addition, the company is progressing towards creating a secondary market of mortgages. The firm has renders full scale legal services in the transformation of the fifth largest mortgages bank in Israel (the Bank of Jerusalem) into a commercial bank. The firm renders full scale legal services to Leumi Bank, regarding the finance of 500 million project, as well as rendering services to Bank Haapoalim and HSBC regarding the finance of various projects in the aggregate amount of 1.8 million NIS.

Furthermore, the firm has rendered legal services to several banks overseas, including the Royal Bank of Canada, HSBC, Credit Swiss, State Bank of India and more.

The firm also renders legal services to EMI, a subsidiary of AIG, the worlds largest insurance conglomerate, regarding mortgage insurances.

In addition, the firm was recently appointed as one of the external legal council of the board of directors of the United Mizrachi Bank.
