The firm has extensive experience appearing before all the judicial bodies including The Supreme Court, The High Court, The Administrative Court, The District Court, The Labor Courts, and others.
For example we currently represent one of the largest mortgage banks in a Class Action valued at 250 million US$, the Hotel Organization in a law suit against the Palestinian Authority valued at 500 million NIS, the consortium building the Cross Israel Highway in an arbitration against the Israeli Government. The firm was recently involved in a real estate litigation amounting to 5 billion US $ regarding 330 agricultural settlements vis a vis the land authority of Israel, and another litigation in respect of rezoning of 3 agricultural units aggregating 200 million New Israeli Shekel. Furthermore, the firm has special expertise in representing both the employers and the employees in all aspects of Labor Law, before all level's of the courts. The firm also handles local and international arbitrations of all kinds involving various commercial and civil matters. |
