The firm is also involved in the acquisition of the control of Azorim, a public company valued at 500 million US$, which is one of the largest development company in Israel. Our firm represented a group that required the company and arranged for the banking finance of the acquisition. The firm represented the Northern Group Limited US Real-estate Corporation, which granted a convertible laon in the amount of 31 million US$ for the purchase of 50% of U. Dori Coporation. |
