The firm represented clients in other privatization tenders such as the Investment Company of the Industrial Development Bank, Bank Hapoalim Ltd., Yozma Ltd., and others.

The firm is also involved in venturizing income of local municipalities, for the funding of different projects as well as their day to day activities (valued at approximately 600 million NIS).

The firm represented the Municipality of Eilat in the funding of 80 million NIS from private institutions.

The firm was recently appointed as advisors to the Government to handle the infrastructure problems of all the projects along the Dead Sea. All the issues are valued at billion NIS. The firm has also been appointed as advisors to the Government regarding the tendering of a digital radio system.
