Biography:

Mattan graduated from the Hebrew University (LL.B., LL.M, magna cum laude) and was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2000. Mattan joined the Firm in 1998.

Mattan specializes in Commercial law, Real Estate, Administrative and Municipal Law, and represents major governmental and municipal companies.

Mattan is also serves as the legal advisor of several B.O.T. and P.F.I. projects.
