Biography:

Ron Vered leads the PPP and Project Finance team in the Tel-Aviv office.

Ron provides continuous legal counsel and services to a wide variety of clients in PPP projects, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and corporate Law, joint ventures, and various legal and business aspects.

Ron Vered joined the firm in 2001 and became a partner in 2007. Before joining the firm, Ron acted as a staff member of “Hamishpat” Law Review and as the executive editor of “Shamgar Book” in association with the Supreme Court and the Israeli Bar Association.

Education: Academic Studies Division of the College of Management (LL.B., magna cum laude; BB in business administration and accounting, 2002)
