Nir Kimhi is a ninth generation resident of Jerusalem. After having served as a staff sergeant in an elite combat infantry unit, he went on to obtain a bachelor's degree (magna cum laude) in business administration, with a focus on information systems. Subsequent to this, he obtained a degree in law (magna cum laude) and is a licensed member of the Israeli Bar Association. Nir completed his internship in commercial and real estate law and has been working at the Law Offices of Yehuda Raveh & Co. since 2004. He specializes in the fields of corporate and commercial law, including: receiverships; dissolution and rehabilitation of corporations; representation of commercial and mortgage banks; counseling of insurance and finance companies; real estate; real estate taxation; construction projects; BOT; high tech and litigation. Nir also acts as legal counsel for the Jerusalem Institute of Justice, a non-profit organization promoting civil rights, freedom of religion and social justice in Israel. Nir represents numerous commercial corporations and non-profit organizations on an ongoing basis, as well as a leading multinational high-tech company, with interests in Europe, the Far East and the United States. |
