Yoel Novick was born in New York, USA and immigrated to Israel in 1995. He graduated from the Bar-Ilan University Faculty of Law and is a licensed member of both the Israeli Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. Yoel completed his internship in corporate law at the Law Offices of Gross Kleinhendler, et. Al. He served as a tank gunner in the Israeli Army. Yoel joined the Law Offices of Yehuda Raveh & Co. in 2007 and specializes in corporate and commercial law, specifically: corporate governance; contract law; licensing and distribution agreements; hi-tech and telecommunications; joint ventures; intellectual property rights and real property law. Yoel represents companies with interests throughout Europe, the Far East and the United States, including a leading multinational IP company. |
